Drop in your supplier's XLSX, XLS or CSV. Messy headers and regional prices are welcome.
EmberPrice imports your supplier's XLSX or CSV, matches every row to your catalog, applies your margin rules — and shows you the exact price diff before anything changes.

Headers that never start on row 1. Merged cells. Section titles mid-table.
Prices in every regional format, with currency symbols and thousands separators.
Their codes don't match yours. Sometimes there's no code column at all.
Updating prices by hand from that file takes hours — and one typo ships a wrong price to real customers.
Drop in your supplier's XLSX, XLS or CSV. Messy headers and regional prices are welcome.
Code, description and price are auto-detected. Confirm once per supplier.
A matching cascade resolves each row; anything uncertain waits for your click.
Margin, VAT, rounding (.99 endings included), sale-price policy, per-category overrides.
Old price → new price, percent change and warnings. Export to CSV if you like.
Runs in the background with a snapshot first. Undo the whole import in one click.
Learned aliases → SKU/GTIN → exact name → fuzzy matching. Uncertain rows wait for your review instead of forcing a match.
A hard price floor, guardrails that flag suspicious changes, and a snapshot before every apply. A wrong price never ships silently.
Every match you confirm is remembered. The first import needs review; the next one from that supplier is nearly automatic.
The current plugin matches products inside your store. No AI account, external key or product-data transfer is required.
Every step of the wizard is read-only until you apply — and even then, a snapshot means you're one click away from undo.

No. EmberPrice works locally using column detection and a matching cascade of learned aliases, SKU/GTIN, exact name and fuzzy matching. The AI version is still in development and is not required to use the plugin available today.
No. The WordPress.org version does not include the AI module, so it does not send supplier rows, products, customers or orders to an AI provider.
Any row the cascade isn't confident about is left for manual review — nothing auto-applies without a match. You can always search and manually assign a row to any product or variation.
Yes. Every apply snapshots the previous prices first. You can roll back an applied job from the History screen, including older imports.
