AI early-access list
When you join the EmberPrice AI early-access list, we collect your email address, your consent, and any optional name, file-format or workflow details you choose to provide. We use this information only to understand real supplier-list problems and contact you about EmberPrice AI research or early access.
Form delivery
The waitlist form is processed by FormSubmit and delivered to info@emberprice.com. FormSubmit states that submissions may be retained for up to 30 days. You can review its privacy information for details about that processing.
Website analytics
The main EmberPrice page uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate visits and interactions, including whether the early-access form was completed. We do not send the free WordPress plugin's supplier, product, customer or order data to Google Analytics through this website.
Retention and your choices
We keep waitlist information while EmberPrice AI is being researched and launched, or until you ask us to remove it. You can request access, correction or deletion, or opt out of future updates, by emailing info@emberprice.com.
The WordPress plugin
This notice covers the emberprice.com website and its waitlist. The current plugin available from WordPress.org does not include the AI module and does not require an AI account or API key.
